ALL CANCELLATION OR REFUND REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY EMAIL.

- The last 4 digits of the credit card used for the purchase;
- The telephone number submitted with your application;
- The cardholder’s name;
- The business address submitted on the application.

Chargeback Policy
